Welcome to True Path Therapy
Welcome to True Path Therapy, where I am committed to helping you navigate life's challenges and find a path towards a more fulfilling life. My name is Paul, and I am a Counsellor with experience in working with adults aged 18 and over, providing counselling in Rayleigh, Essex and online throughout the UK.
My goal is to help you deal with a variety of issues, including anxiety, trauma, loss, anger, self-esteem problems, as well as familial and relationship problems. In other words, any aspect of your life that is causing you pain or anxiety or that no longer serves your needs.
One area of special interest for me is working with individuals who are suffering from feelings of anxiety, depression, or stress. If you resonate with any of the following questions, you may be experiencing some of the negative effects of anxiety:
Do you feel as if something has been holding you back in life?
Do you feel like you aren't living life to its fullest?
Do you suffer from panic attacks?
Do you experience anxiety and stress in different areas of your life?
Do you feel robbed of confidence?
Do you have problems concentrating or sleeping?
Do you regularly feel 'on edge'?
Are you struggling to maintain relationships?
It's important to remember that everyone feels anxious at times, but excessive anxiety can have a significant impact on your life. If left untreated, anxiety and stress can hold you back, affect your health, put your career in jeopardy, and strain your relationships.
The good news is that you don't have to live with anxiety and stress. I am here to work with you, find a path through your fears, and help you get back to living the life you want.
Whether these feelings are new to you or you have been living with them for some time, I believe I can help. It's time to see yourself in a different light and take the first step on the path towards a more fulfilling life.
My name is Paul (that's me on the right) and I am a counsellor with extensive experience supporting individuals dealing with trauma and difficult emotions. Prior to becoming a counsellor, I spent many years working in a field where I provided support to individuals during challenging times. This work gave me valuable experience in active listening, empathy, and helping people navigate through difficult emotional situations.
I have since pursued a career in counselling, where I draw on this experience to help individuals overcome their own personal challenges and traumas. My goal as a counsellor is to create a safe and compassionate space where individuals can explore their thoughts and feelings, and feel empowered to make positive changes in their lives.
I believe that everyone has the potential for growth and resilience, and I am honoured to be a part of my clients' journey towards healing and self-discovery.
