I aim to offer a space that is thoughtful, grounded, and collaborative. I’m engaged and responsive in sessions while allowing room for your experience to unfold at your own pace.
Sometimes the difficulties we experience now are shaped by earlier experiences or relationships. Therapy offers a space to explore this safely, without pressure, and in a way that supports meaningful change.
