My clinical training, client work, and life experience have given me an eclectic set of skills to draw from, and I am always learning and seeking out resources to enhance my therapy skills. Additionally, I am a qualified meditation and mindfulness teacher and can integrate these practices into sessions if you think it may help.
I provide effective Counselling and Psychotherapy services both online and face-to-face locally, giving you the flexibility to choose the approach that works best for you.
I am fully qualified and registered with the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy), which means that I have nationally recognised qualifications and subscribe to a code of ethics. Additionally, I am insured and regularly participate in supervision and continuing professional development to ensure my skills and knowledge are up to date.
