Counselling Services

I offer counselling sessions remotely, via Google Meet or telephone, and face to face in my dedicated therapy room in Rayleigh, Essex. Sessions are 50 minutes long and cost £60. I have availability during weekdays and some evenings, please contact me to book a convenient time.

Keep in mind that you will need a stable internet connection and a private space where you won't be disturbed for remote (google Meet or 'phone) sessions.

I always advise clients to take advantage of a free, no obligation, 15 minute introductory call before deciding to work with me, use it as an opportunity to ask questions and get a feel for what working with me might be like.

Payment is taken when the booking is made. In the case of emergency, I will re-arrange your session to a mutually convenient time.
