My name is Paul, and I am a Counsellor with experience in working with adults aged 18 and over, providing counselling in Rayleigh, Essex and online throughout the UK.

About Me
Are you looking for a straight-talking, down to earth therapist?
My name is Paul (that's me on the right) and I am a counsellor with extensive experience supporting individuals dealing with trauma and difficult emotions.
I am a modern practitioner, my practice is founded on professionalism and up-to-date techniques and ideas. I have a conversation with my clients, I'm not a blank screen and we don’t sit in silence. Counselling sessions don’t involve you lying on a couch looking at ink blots! I engage in a natural, relational way, I’m not a tea and sympathy therapist, I’m a challenging therapist, meaning that I facilitate change and believe that good quality therapy is transformative and goal orientated.
Counselling sessions take place in a comfortable and modern environment which reflects my way of working, straightforward, contemporary and relaxed.
